This Disclosure Text (Text) has been prepared in order to indicate that we, ARI Teknokent Proje Geliştirme Planlama A.Ş.(İTÜ ARI Teknokent or the Company) is treating the personal data of Magnet candidate start-up employees with due diligence and to enlighten you regarding our personal data processing activities as per article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LPPD) numbered 6698.
For further information regarding the processing of your personal data, please refer to and review the “Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy” (Policy) on our Company’s website. In the case changes have been made to this text, all relevant documents, including the Policy, will be updated.
- Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data, will be processed in accordance with the processing conditions specified in article 5 of the LPPD and pursuant to the general principles set out in the LPPD in order to conduct the Magnet application processes, Magnet evaluation processes, communication activities, marketing processes of the products/services, marketing analysis activities and to carry out the advertisement, promotion and announcement processes.
- Parties to Transfer Your Personal Data and Purposes of Transfer
Your data processed by İTÜ ARI Teknokent in compliance with the law may be transferred to our suppliers for the purposes mentioned under article 1 above within the framework of the processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the LPPD.
- Method to Collect Your Personal Data And Legal Grounds
Your personal data is obtained through the online application platform and may be processed and transferred within the scope of the processing conditions set out in Article 5 of the LPPD (your explicit consent, the establishment or performance of the contract, data processing to be obligatory for the establishment, use or protection of the right as well as for legitimate interests).
- Your Rights as per Article 11 of the LPPD
You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the LPPD, regulating the rights of the person concerned, in written form to the e-mail address [email protected] of İTÜ ARI Teknokent as per the “Communiqué on the Methods and Principles for the Application to the Data Officer”.
